On Monday, September 9th, the Impact Talk 2024 took place at the Maastoren in Rotterdam. During this inspiring event, policymakers, investors, and professionals gathered for interactive workshops and valuable networking opportunities. The keynote was delivered by Dr. Eleanor Carter, Academic Co-Director of the Government Outcomes Lab (GO Lab) at the University of Oxford. In her lecture, she shared innovative insights on the future of result-based financing, offering relevant takeaways for The Netherlands. Following the keynote, a panel discussion took place featuring Pieter Duisenberg (President of the Dutch Court of Audit), Sandra Ballij (CEO of Ctalents), and Maurice Fransen (Partner at Deloitte).
